Featured on APTN News: Feeling Grateful 💛

I'm so excited to share that I was recently featured on APTN National News as part of their coverage on Pow Wow Pitch! The segment aired today and it still feels surreal to say that out loud. As someone who grew up in the North and built a creative business from the ground up, this moment means a lot.

This experience reminded me of why I do what I do - to tell stories, to represent the North, and to show what's possible through creativity and community.

If you're just tuning in, I'm a semi-finalist in this year’s Pow Wow Pitch competition and the only NWT business in the Creative category - which I'm incredibly proud of!

Public voting is still open (until September 11!), and every single vote means the world.

How to vote:

  1. Go to powwowpitch.org/vote

  2. Click on Jamie Stevenson Photography

  3. Submit your vote!

(You can only vote once, so make it count!)

Thank you so much to everyone who’s been cheering me on - and thank you to APTN for shining a light on Indigenous entrepreneurs across the country.

Mahsi cho!
