3. Payment and Fees

  • Payment for services is due as outlined in your agreement. Any additional services (e.g., travel, special requests) will incur extra fees.

  • Payments are accepted via e-transfer and all major credit cards. Any other payment methods must be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be given except in exceptional cases as determined by Jamie Stevenson Photography.

4. Image Usage & Licensing

  • All images captured by Jamie Stevenson Photography are copyrighted and remain the property of Jamie Stevenson Photography, unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Northwest Territories, Canada. However, if legal disputes arise while working in another jurisdiction, the laws of that jurisdiction may apply. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where the dispute arises.
