Services, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, fees, and project requirements vary depending on the scope of each engagement. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or create a client relationship.

3. Booking & Project Confirmation

Projects must be confirmed in accordance with the booking requirements provided for the specific engagement.

Depending on the project, confirmation may require:

• Acceptance of a proposal or quote

• A signed agreement

• Payment of an invoice, deposit, or retainer

• Completion of required onboarding information

A date or project is not considered confirmed until the applicable booking requirements have been completed.

4. Payment & Fees

Fees, payment schedules, deposits or retainers, and applicable taxes will be outlined in the individual proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Additional work, travel, expenses, changes to scope, or requests outside the original agreement may result in additional fees.

Accepted payment methods and payment deadlines will be communicated as part of the booking process.

Any project-specific cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or payment provisions should be governed by the signed client agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary to complete their project.

Depending on the engagement, this may include:

• Dates and schedules

• Locations

• Project objectives

• Participant or attendee information

• Creative requirements

• Brand materials

• Access permissions

• Usage requirements

• Workshop or speaking details

• Feedback or approvals

Clients are responsible for obtaining any permissions, approvals, releases, or access required from locations, venues, organizations, participants, or other relevant parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Photography, Copyright & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photographs and other original creative materials produced by Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing or commissioning a service does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.

Clients receive the usage rights or licence specified in their individual agreement.

Images or creative materials may not be sold, sublicensed, materially altered, or used beyond the agreed scope without permission where additional authorization is required.

Commercial, advertising, editorial, promotional, or other extended use may require separate licensing.

7. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, written content, graphics, branding, design elements, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or used with permission by Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Workshops & Speaking Engagements

Workshop and speaking content is developed for the agreed audience, organization, and engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, presentation materials, workshop resources, frameworks, photographs, slides, or other original materials provided by Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson remain the intellectual property of Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson.

Recording, reproducing, distributing, selling, or republishing workshop or speaking materials may require prior written permission.

Specific event requirements, travel arrangements, recording permissions, cancellation provisions, and deliverables may be addressed in the applicable agreement.

9. Creative Project Support

Creative project support may include planning, creative direction, coordination, production support, recommendations, or other agreed services.

The specific responsibilities of Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson and the client will be outlined in the project agreement.

Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or performance of independent third-party vendors unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling terms may vary depending on the type and scope of the project.

Where a signed agreement exists, the cancellation and rescheduling terms contained in that agreement will apply.

Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson may need to cancel or reschedule an engagement because of illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, travel disruption, circumstances outside reasonable control, or other unforeseen events. Where this occurs, the parties will follow the remedies outlined in the applicable agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the provision of services.

Any project-specific liability limitations should be further addressed in the applicable client agreement.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, publications, platforms, or services.

These links are provided for convenience or reference. Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the Northwest Territories and Canada, subject to any different jurisdiction or dispute provisions established in a signed client agreement or required by applicable law.

Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
